I'm 40 something? When did that happen? ugh. I'm 45, trying to get healthy after 6 months of illness/surgery/complications.... just really, really want to be healthier, look good and get my confidence back! I don't want to be skinny...I just want to be about 60-70 lbs. less. Heck, even under 200 lbs. would be nice!!!! I'm starting over on 1/3/12 to start keeping track of how many calories I consume. I've lost weight during my illness but then gained it back. Slowly but surely I will incorporate exercise (once doctor gives the okay) for 40 min. at lunch and trying to work out at home (walking or yoga for now). Let's hope this works!
