My life is active with a husband who loves fitness and living in a nice climate I am often in a bathing suit so I think about trying to be fit and healthy. I wake up every morning affirming I am enough and life loves me. So does sugar and chocolate which makes me crazy. The pleasure is not worth the pain...I would really like the support to quit eating these things. I am at my highest weight other than being pregnant but that said I am going to the gym five days a week and I am alot stronger...I just need support on getting my meals organized!

I do better in a group...need some buddies
I am turning 49 this month and I have one 17 year old son, George. My husband is in great shape and he always eats healthy which drives me crazy. I on the other hand have a sugar relationship that can take over my life. I do better when I am supporting other people and they are supporting me. I have been going to the gym regularly for the past six months and love that I can feel a few muscles on my body under my fat layer! I am committed to reaching my goal of losting 16 pounds in the next 16 weeks and maintaining it!

We do eat at restaurants a few times a week which can get me eating too much...any suggestions on how to order in a restaurant would be appreciated.

I am open to suggestions. I look forward to meeting you and learning about your goals.
