I have been on the smaller side up until my 30's when I started having kiddos. Whoa! I ballooned up from the 120s to the 180s...twice within 3 years.
I am now working on staying consistent with my exercise and calorie goals and am currently in the low 130s (I'm 5'4). My goal is to lose the last 10-12lbs! This is the hardest part of the journey!
