I'am cherie, Ive always had to keep an eye on my wheight, but,I all ways said I dont want to be a heavy mom, now Grandma,this last summer I Hurt my neck moving, the med,s I took ,I gained 20 lbs.cant seem to start a diet, for me it just has to hit me for that to start.I went to the Dr. And saw the weight gain sence I was there.Feb 6 I put my foot down and took hold of my life.I Want to eat to live, not live to eat.I want to lose for me, But I need to Think how my husband looks at me and my family. Being healther is my goal.and dropping 20 lbs.

When I started out I was waering a tight 12 my Jeans and work paints all of a sudden seem real baggy. I just went to the store to look for new ones thinking 10 or 9 I kept trying on smaller and smaller until I found ones that fit real good ( 6 to 7 )Very Happy and Back fat is gone , I dont get hungy and and I dont work out, But now Ill have time to use the abblounger and my Stationary Bike , I am hoping to build Butt mussels and firm up everything else.Very Happy
