I am 52. Before and in-between my three kids, I've weighed between 150-170 lbs. I've always been self conscious about my weight, ever since grade school; "chunky" (although that is nothing compared to kids today!). In the last 10 years, I've weighed between 174 (for about 10 minutes) to 226. Last five years 195-215 or so. Been on many diets. I lost 20+ lbs on Atkins, but I didn't go through all the phases. Tried WW (umpteenth time) last Jan, but I don't like having to add up all those points. About three weeks ago, I started on 'Ideal Protein'. This plan basically tells me what I need to eat; which is perfect for me. I pack it and take it to work and have what I need at home. So far I have lost 16 lbs. I plan to reach my goal of 160 by going through all the phases and learning and following this WOE lifestyle. ~~

Yeah, it would be great if it worked. It's encouraging to watch it move and to look at others' success! But... I really do like this website as far as keeping track of my foods, etc. I've tried others and this is so easy to use. Smile

You're funny! At the gym: elliptical 30 min, treadmill 30 min, every other day- at the least.
