I have been on and off diets for some time. The past year I managed to loose 34 lbs on the G.I Diet. I have been staying about the same for the pass few months and decided I need a group and also I have decided to stick with it until I weigh 155 at least.
I am a mom to six sons all married with children.
I started gaining weight in my 30's and it has been up and down since.

I would like to encourage you to stay with the program...it works wonder when followed. You will notice your clothes getting looser. I have followed the G.I and when I do am successful. I am new to this fatsceret and need a buddy also. so do hang in there....Cherbe
