LOW CARB DIET - REALLY WORKS
Hi - new to this! Decided to lose some weight following India Knight & Neris Hughes book - it does really work - at least for me it does! haven`t eaten any bread, bix, cakes etc. for 10 weeks. Not an astounding weight loss but I can follow this diet because it allows some alcohol after 2 weeks - vodka & diet tonic, dry wines. Obviously I am v. v. weak willed - but have lost 22 pounds so far and it is slowly still coming off! Re. no weight loss - sorry, but you do have to be paranoid about eating any carbs at all, including crackers!!! But you can eat bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs. salmon etc. etc. so you don`t feel hungry! And - a ray of hope here - I didn`t seem to lose any weight for ages, but my clothes kept becoming looser... bEST OF LUCK!
