Weight is going down... good. But really really hungery in evenings and eating the majority of my calories then. I am going to try to up my calories earlier to try and reduce what i'm eating later.

I don't want to have a binge session and I was close yesterday. I made homemade Geneal Tso Chicken. No Rice. Which is better than hitting the BUFFET, but still not my best choice.

I had a baked potato for lunch... Way to much cheese and starch for everyday, but a nice change from what I've been eating.

I will continue the journaling and calorie calculation so maybe I can see what my triggers are, or short comings. Dieting short term I can do, but after a week or two I get frustrated. Biggest Loser at work is a great incentive because I hate to lose money! I was close to winning last year. Let's see if I can pull it off this year.
