trying to get started
I just joined fatsecret. I have 60 lbs to lose, and Weight Watchers seems to be the best diet for me. I have tried it before and fell off. I am committed this time (yes, I have said that before.) There are no meetings near me, so I will need the support of this group. I hope I can offer encouragement to you guys, too. We can do this!
