How to stop eating at nights?
I'm a big night eater as well. Everyone goes to bed and I sit in front of the TV with as many snacks as I can find.
This is working for me.
1. Go to bed with everyone else or shortly there after.
2. Shut off the tv
3. Force myself to eat at the table instead for my lounge chair.
