I have always struggled with my weight all my life!!!
From being a younger, overweight child to a relatively average sized teenager after I decided to loose weight, since then my weight has fluctuated. At my biggest a few years ago I weighed almost 180lbs and I have lost that and at my loweest in the last few years, I reached 128lbs in the summer, but due to circumstances out of my control I've ended up putting on a stone and a half and I am determined that no more messing around. That at the age of 25 I need to make a change, not just rapid weight loss but a lifestyle change and I am determined to let 2010 be the year that my life changes.
