portion control! ack!
I avoid at all cost to eat anything solid.... is hard to watch TV during the night because they put a lot of food commercials. maybe stick to a movie or watch hulu.com try to not think about food.
Sometimes if I get really really hungry I just make a protein shake ( about 8 to 12 oz) with soy milk and some fruit like 2 hours before bed.

it was hard in the beginning I was almost 300 lbs and I was one of those that I would go out to buy a bucket of fried chicken before bed. Now I am 217 and I feel great and i will do anything to never go back to that weight.
