How Often Do you weigh yourself?
every day which brings me up and downs in my mood - it is to see where i am at I need to really lose the weight - i have no motivation my clothes are tight, i don't feel good about myself ahhhhh. I have to take the bull by the cornes!!

I am the same everyday weigh in is where I see if I have to exercise a little more or change my food for a little bit of time
