I was a runner for 25 years. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and needed a hip replacement in 2012. Currently, I do yoga 2-3 times/week and Zumba 2-3 times/week
After I went through menopause, I noticed it was harder to keep my weight down. I found that very depressing, especially because I have been exercising since I was 13.
I am 5 feet tall exactly and 135 pounds makes me look much heavier on my small stature.
My days of staying below 1500 calories was no longer working for me. Now, I literally find myself having to starve to drop weight.
