I am at my "ends wit" with dieting/lifesytle changing.I have tried it ALL & have only did great one time about 13 years ago! I actually lost 80+ lbs!, but I was also in my early 20s.I am a shift-working mother & wife with two teenagers.I know the majority of my weight loss "blockage" is "stress", then to boot I get additional stress from my weight gains and lack of exercising.What is a woman to do to not go completely nuts and lose weight and keep it off? I know the key is portion control & exercise. What I need is a CONSTANT MOTIVATION. I will do good in spurts. With my hectic work hours, it makes it hard for me also.I am just in hope that this website will be the LIGHT I see at the end of tunnel.
