My name is Kim and I feel like i have been dieting my whole life! I would love to get down to 160-170 again but for now the most i can lose is 40 lbs i am getting married in June and have already bought my dress so they can only alter it 2 sizes which they told me was about 40 lbs. I am marrying my best friend : ) we just recently bought a house together we have two dogs and five cats (yikes!) thankfuly all but one is an outside cat lol we also plan on having kids shortly after we are married and i would like to learn a healther way of eating to be able to pass it on to my kids. Of corse my husband to be is tall and muscular skinny is what i call it : ) and could eat every item of food we have in the house and not gain an ounce so its kinda hard to diet with him especially because he dosnt understand how hard it is not to eat the junk food he insisted on having in the house to test my temptation lol well there is a little about me : )

Thanks everyone for the help i do chew gum and thats what has made it easier for me in the car my biggest problem is when im at home by myself any segestions for breaking the habit of bordom/what everyone keeps calling the hand mouth fixation????

Quiting smoking and dieting all at the same time HELP!
So I have a question that I really need help with we recently quit smoking will be 3 weeks on wednesday and it seems like i have switched from putting that ciggeret (sp) in my mouth to finding anything in the kitchen my wedding is in 8 months, June 4th, and i really need to lose this weight i would even be happy with being under 200 lbs but i cant seem to get back on track idk if i am trying to quit to many bad habbits at once or what!?!? If anyone has any advice, experience, help on this i would greatly appreciate it because I need HELP!!!
