My life revolves around my two daughters (Age 7 and 3 Months) and my wife. We enjoy travelling, camping, family vacations, and relaxing weekends. Our weekends usually revolve around Ohio State football and camping during fall/summer, and snowmobiles and holiday get togethers during the winter. I enjoy powerlifting, going to concerts, farming, my dogs, and working on my house/buildings. Controls Engineer by trade and we live in NW Ohio.

***Health Goals/Keypoints***
Looking to keep my cardio time increasing and run some 5k's next spring. Strength training comes natural and is second nature to me. Have not drank a pop/soda/soft drink since April of 2013.
