Only last .4 lbs. Not even enough to tell if I lost weight or just weighed myself at a good time. Will need to work harder.

It's only been a couple of days. I was worried it would be hard for me to reduce my food intake so much. However, I find that if I spread the calories out throughout the day it isn't a big problem. I know it's early, but I might actually be able to lose the weight I want to. {Fingers crossed}
