I'm 20 years old and I've always had a little excess fat on my body. This past summer I started a workout program (P90X) and I got great results (I was down to 104) - it helped that during summer I have almost no appetite. I got injured after two months, sadly and toned my exercise habits down a bit. I'm back on the program again. To keep my excessive nighttime eating down, I'm following the Weight Watchers points plan. I have no trouble following the "small meals every 3-4 hours" rule during the day but it's much more difficult after dinner for me. I'm hoping this atmosphere will keep me on track since I'm on the computer so frequently anyway - I can just log on for a little inspiration!
