Hello.
My name is Chelsea and I have just entered into one of the best times in my life. Recently my husband and I gave birth to a beautiful little girl. Once I got into a routine it came to me that my current lifestyle and food choices are not ones that I would like my baby girl to adopt. So I am on a quest to change the way I eat and get my body to a much healthier state. I'm aware that modeling is really the most powerful way to do this. However being a woman I am also plagued with that dreadful negative internal dialog that many women suffer with daily. So I posted a photo of a time that now I see me at a beautiful stage in my life but at the time I thought I was hideously overweight. I did not realize apparently that I would get heavier. My weight now is less than at pregnancy but more that ever before at 177. I know my body functions better in the 130's (which I was in during the time of this photo). My ultimate goal is to obtain a fitness level that I once knew (high energy and most efficient for me) at around 115. We shall see where this journey takes me.
