Spent a good portion of my early 30's staying fit...running, mountain biking,...etc. Then late 30's got remarried and got lazy and starting putting on weight. Hit 175 and realized it is time to get back in shape. Took me until age 42 to finally get serious about it. I was reading a motivational book and there was a line in the book that stated "Intention is the road to nowhere". That was me...I kept intending to start but it never went anywhere I decided to start counting my calories, eating healthy and started the p90x exercise program. I am now six weeks into the P90x program and feeling great. I only have 9 pounds to go to my target weight of 155 and feeling great!
