Hi, I am Cathy. A 61 y/o lady who has been married for 41 yrs (to the same man!!) I have 2 grown kids and I live on 5 acres outside of Placerville, Ca. I Love my labs and chickens and anything outdoors.
Need to get serious and finally get this weight off for good! I have very little willpower and will eat whether hungry or not :-( So that is my goal, to only eat when truly hungry and only eat until satisfied. I like the LCHF diet as it incorporates the foods I like...if I could only remember moderation. I have recently lost 40# over 2 1/2 months on a severe calorie restriction but that is not healthy long term. So right now I am enhancing that a bit and back at it. Down 4# this week!
I usually don't do groups but thought the encouragement and accountablility would help. So here we go.......................
