I've been trying to get this exercise and eating problem of mine for the past couple of years. I signed up for fat secret 4 years ago and out of no where I get this email from them.

I was doing good but then I got sick and had to get on some medicines that the side effect were gaining weight. I haven't wanted to really see any one because I'm 5'0 and weight 168.02 pounds. Not a good look for me.

Last week I started with a trainer that comes to my house who gave me a meal plan for the whole week. This is exactly what I needed because I never know what to eat.

He is very motivating and send me encouraging emails every couple of days.

I hate getting up in the morning but I need to do cardio so today I woke up 1/2 hr earlier and did Zumba for 1/2 hr.

How much time do you spend doing cardio & weight training?
i joined YMCA for the ZUMBA clases - I love them -one hour of cardio - I'm just incorportaing weights at least three times a week (hae only done about 20 min)- I also swim 5 laps at least once a week - I'm striving for two. right now my goal is three days which i have been doing consistantly - i'm loving life - feeling better abut myself - just happy that i'm exercising it and enjoying it

entering food
i don't know how much nutrional value the 1/2 of a veg quesadilla i had for lunch is. the program made me enter info and i had tgo just make it up - is there another way or is this the only way to enter food
