OK, I'm done with my Phase 1 - weight loss
800 calories per day seems very low to me, especially since you're 5'10 and exercising. Even maintaining at 1200 is very low. I know you don't want to go out and binge but take it easy! Have you talked to your doctor? You don't want to overdo it and get sick (been there, done that) since your immune system will be low, you don't have extra calories or energy to fight off colds, the flu etc... Take it easy!

I am trying to lose 10-15 lbs too. How do I add a buddy???
