Do you lift weights
5 sets of 5 reps of squats, bench, and bent over rows, with some pullups mixed in at times (3 times per week). I add 5 lbs to each lift each day I work out. Now, I am benching 230 for this, squat 230, row 115 . Start with 10 min mod cardio, end with same.

Probably way too often. I usually weigh myself three times a week.
