Net Carb Very Low app 6 carbs/muffin!!!! 2 Tlb flax seed (grind in coffee grinder)add 2 Tlb unsweetened coconut, 1/4 c nuts, 2 drops stevia, 1 1/2 Tlb Splenda (grind in grinder with already ground flax) Place in bowl and add 1 Tlb gluten, 2 tsp oat bran, 2 tsp wheat bran, 2/3 scoop whey protein powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder (Mix all together) add 1 egg, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 3 Tlb heavy cream, 1/3 cup water. (Mix until all moistened) Makes 3 muffins. Grease 3 muffin tin sections and bake at 350* for app 20 minutes. Check with a toothpick...done when no dough left on toothpick.
