I was ideal weight most of my lift until middle age, then pounds crept up. Whenever I have in the past wanted to drop a few pounds, I have always just went low-carb and it always worked. But now that I'm older, it's a lot more difficult. I'm now going to try healthy eating, watching carbs and calories and reducing fat.
I am a grandmother and enjoy cooking, photo editing, and computers.
