I am a father of 5 who is getting close to 10 awesome years of marriage. The last 10 years have certainly taken their toll on my body and I am not the man my wife married 10 years ago. My anniversery is July 10th and I am shooting to be more like the man I was 10 years ago.

I work full time as an EMS Manager and part time as a Parmedic in southern NJ. My hobbies include fishing, hunting, anything church and tinkering around the house.

Rough day trying to study, go to church, cook and have family time. I ate terrible but I will stay focused eat well and drop a few more pounds this week.
