Hello! I too have done WW on and off again. I started it about 3 years ago, I needed to loose about 25 pounds and it really helped me make better food decisions. I noticed that I can still count my points on my phone through the Calorie Counter app, and I love that. I was spending 16.00 a month and would forget to log on sometimes. This way I can scan my food which I love! So the Calorie Counting works? It says that I should have 1500 calories a day, but I can never eat that much. Do I really have to eat that to loose any weight? I am down to my last 7 pounds and it is getting harder. Help! with any information you can give me, and any snack ideas as I work at a desk all day!
