Cant Lose the actual weight
Are you truly recording everything that you eat? I notice that I like to "forget" that I ate that small half slice of coffeee cake in the break room....or the rest of my kid's mac and cheese...you know what I mean.
I weigh 184, and I am supposed to be eating 1660 cal per day in order to lose .5 pound per week....if I exercise, then i lose more....If I am "good" and don't cheat, then I hit that 1660 pretty well with 3 meals a day...but mouthfuls of chocolate, slices of coffee cake will ruin my day and my total calories....
