Hi
I am 49 and I have done every diet going!
This time last year I had lost 3st 7lbs on the lighterLife diet and felt on top of the world and thought i would never ever put the weight back on. Well one year later i have put on 2st and I am very unhappy with myself.
I am hoping this will be the last time i do this to myself. I know i need to excersise more and I'm not to drink red wine all the time lol
I dont drink alot but as soon as i have the odd glass of wine the weight creeps back on.
This is day three of the diet and i haven't got my book yet! Hopefully it's in the post. So i hope i'm doing the diet ok.
I did get on the scales this morning and I have lost 1lb so it seems to be working. I got on the scales because i felt i had eaten alot and i wasn't hungry really. But because i dont work i am around food ie my kitchen and all day i'm thinking FOOOOOD!!!
I am hoping to meet like minded people on here that can hopefully use up my time more with chatting and not snacking lol So HELP ME PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE
