I am 49 and I have done every diet going!
This time last year I had lost 3st 7lbs on the lighterLife diet and felt on top of the world and thought i would never ever put the weight back on. Well one year later i have put on 2st and I am very unhappy with myself.
I am hoping this will be the last time i do this to myself. I know i need to excersise more and I'm not to drink red wine all the time lol
I dont drink alot but as soon as i have the odd glass of wine the weight creeps back on.
This is day three of the diet and i haven't got my book yet! Hopefully it's in the post. So i hope i'm doing the diet ok.
I did get on the scales this morning and I have lost 1lb so it seems to be working. I got on the scales because i felt i had eaten alot and i wasn't hungry really. But because i dont work i am around food ie my kitchen and all day i'm thinking FOOOOOD!!!
I am hoping to meet like minded people on here that can hopefully use up my time more with chatting and not snacking lol So HELP ME PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE

Slimfast with water!

I have switched from the fat smash diet to slimfast for a while as I need to shift some weight faster as none of my clothers fit! lol
I was on lighterlife last year and lost loads. I went from 13st 10lbs to 9st 10lbs in three months and slowly I sadly let the weight creep back up to 12st 10lbs.
In the year I tryed hard to keep it off using cambridge shakes from e-bay and then I tryed slimfast without milk because of the price difference. I added just water to see if it would work the same and to see if it would get me into ketosis and it did! So for a fast weight loss I have 3-4 shakes a day and no evening meal I use the Akins chocolate bars in place of a shake most days.

I dont really like this diet. So i'm only going to do it until I reach 11st (154lbs) then i'm switching back to the fat smash diet or the GI as I really do need to learn how to eat food in a more sensable way!
Are there others doing slimfast in this wayQuestion

Dissapointed BIG TIME!!!!
I'v had no movement on my scales for days. Day 3 or 4 i'd lost one pound. So i thought i would cut out my lovely porridge and have a fruit and veg day!

Got on the scales again this morning after trying really hard yesterday.
Breakfast - fruit smoothie
lunch - fruit smoothie
3 o'clock - fruit
dinner- brown rice, bean curry with loads of veg in it!
Evening - snack- fruit
Guess what i put a pound on!....... I'm really p####d off
Why am i not shedding pounds like everyone else?
So it looks like weigh day Thursday is really gonna be disappointingDoubt
