Fat Flush Day One
Hi all. I am halfway through my first day and on the 24 hr juice detox. It is not too bad at all. I actually like the juice. But..I'll be happy to eat tomorrow!

I do have a question...I often eat 'raw' foods that I order online such as the Larabar's and other things made with nuts, dates, etc. All organic and no sugar or flour. Are these foods okay on all phases of the diet?

Even though they aren't true brownies or cakes, they sure feel like they are and may get me through some tough times if I can have them.
