I am a 42 year old Father of a 3 year old happily married to a Secondary School teacher. I work as a development manager for the Ambulance Service so as a mostly drive a desk my weight has been gradually increased over the past few years. i try to keep reasonably active and do Krav Maga (an israeli martial art) once a week but have recently began to try barefoot running in order to connect with my inner caveman :-).
