Hello my name is Brittany and I currently weigh 233. I really want to get down to 170, which means I have 63lbs to go! I started the special K challege two weeks ago but I cant continue with it because its very hard to do for any longer than two weeks. So I will be eating better and cutting out all fried and fast foods and drinking more water. All my diets have failed because of lack of determination and laziness. This time I am determined and I will loose the weight with a little help and motivation.

Just can't get out of these 30's
I have been trying to eat healthier and work out at least 4 time a week. I started loosing weight by doing far I went from 246 to 233. Now it seem like I can get out of the 30's. I have been killing myself in the gym and trying to stay under 1500 calories a day but it doesn't seem to be working....Does anyone have any suggestions???

Hello everyone...I'm new to this
Hi, I am 21 years old and I weigh 233. I really want to be back down to my high school weight (170-180lbs)by next summer at least. I have a 10 month old son. I have tried many diets but I end up messing the up do to cravings.... Sad I am seriously going to try and change that.
