I'm a graphic design professor. I love yoga, swimming, and aerobics but I'm busy preparing for a move so I have little time for exercise. I'm trying to get in the habit of walking my husky most mornings. I really need to tone more than anything so I'm starting to do some crunches a few times a week.

Has anyone tried hypnosis for weight loss
My father in law did it and his brother. They both lost over a 100 lbs. They listen to some tapes every day to help them "stay under". After they lost the weight they started listing to exercise tapes and began riding their bikes for miles each day. My mom was inspired by their success and tried it but she kept falling asleep to the tapes and made no progress.
