Tim Noakes eating plan.
Normally i use Butro and 100% virgin olive oil light.Can i stay with these two and add coconut oil see you can buy them from Dischem pharmacies.

Tim Noakes eating plan.
Is any one on the Tim Noakes plan. Like to get feedback. Have read his book The real meal revolution and my husband need to loose 10 kg. This eating plan will be easier for a man to follow due to the kind of foods you eat. And it is a plan we both can follow.People do loose allot of weight but how do you feel physically. Some people say they do have muscle spasms. Please your feedback will be highly appreciated.
