I'm a 42 year old, happily married man, with four adorable kids that keep the wife and I busy. I used to be pretty thin in my teenage years, but getting into a work force where I sit around a lot, I ballooned pretty quickly. My heaviest has been about 235lbs and I'm only 5'9". I think I wasn't round, but pretty close to being square in shape. My bacholer diet was mostly eating out and not much exercises, unless you count lifting pints of beers exercise. (..I think there are some countries that do, I want to move there) The wife and I did lose quite a bit of weight at one time. I was down to 190lbs about two years ago, but got side-tracked and now I'm up to 214lbs. Anyhow, I'm refocusing my efforts on being around a loong time for the wife and kids. I want to get down to 190lbs and maybe 180lbs. Wish me luck!
