I am 61 years old and married. I have 2 children, my son died 5 years ago in a car accident at the age of 19 and my daughter is 21. I don't like being diabetic (but who does) and tend to ignore it so the dr. is giving me one more change to get my A1c below 7 or I will be using byetta by the end of the summer. I take pills for everything and feel like that all I do. I want to be around to see my grandchldren but my dad died at 55 and my mom at 62. Not a great history.

I have been trying to figure that out too. The only way I feel you can do it if you know what day and search on the diet calendar for that day. I have thought of printing out the week's food journals and saving them. Am interested too!
