I am a 30yr old mother of 4! I currently have two jobs and a very hectic work/family schedule. I need to get organized and start working on my health, which i have neglected for many years! It's mommy's turn to get with the program!! Planning on losing 30lbs-60lbs and re-training my mind & body into a healthier way of life! I would love to be a great role model for my kids and hope I can acheive this goal for myself as well as my children.
