I am 35 and heavier than I have ever wanted to be. I currently weigh 164 and fluctuate in the lower 160's. I have been trying to lose weight but I have a problem, I drink too much. I workout regularly (just started 2 months ago, was depressed for 1.5 years and didnt' do much which is really where the weight came from) but no matter what/how I do, I end up getting that beer and going home and finishing it. If I could hopefully focus on taking better care of myself, not drinking and going home and enjoying my time, I truly believe this can be successful for me. *fingers crossed* Today will be victorious, and so will every day hereforth.
