So I haven't been following any type of healthy eating over the weekends, and clearly my not entering it in goes to show that. The problem is all the beer I drink... this weekend I'm going on a cruise, so I probably won't be very healthy then either. But after this weekend I'm going to start being a lot better. All the healthy eating I do during the week just keeps getting cancelled out by my weekends, which is actually better than nothing, but still. Oh I've also noticed that I don't feel as shapely or muscular as I did in the booty area in the past... I'm assuming it's because I haven't done anything remotely close to what I used to do for softball with all the sprints, long distance running, and workouts we did. But I think I'm going to try to follow a workout similar to what I used to do then. All I need to do is make the time! Which isn't easy considering all I've been up to, but where there's a will, there's a way :)
