Diet and Exercise Buster: but all is not lost.
I have been on a two and a half month eating frenzie. What happened? Lost all my fight and gained back all, well almost, all I had lost in six months. Well, nothing to do, but start again.

calaries per day?
Hi, I use a number I learned in school. Takes about 10 cal. to support 1 pound. So if your goal is 150 start at 1500, 130= 1300.
Adjust it after you see how your body responds over a period of several months. I started with 2000 then changed it to 1800. Now I'm at 1600 so as not to be too much of a shock. Depends on calories burned in exercise, too.
