Thanks for the replies! I have since been thinking about the water retention situation. I am on Yaz bcp, and it has a diuretic in it. But the last 3 days have been my inactive pill days = no diuretic. Maybe that has something to do with it. Hopefully I will see a drop next week!!

How is this possible?
So, I know I'm prob just being impatient but bear with me. For three weeks I have exercised for 45 mins to an hour EVERY day, missing one day in those 3 wks. I run/jog for an hour on most days, and when I don't, I do a 45 min to an hour Tae bo for strength/more cardio. I have been averaging a deficit of 500 calories per day. I started at 146.8, down to 145.8, down to as low as 142.8 (after an hour of running) and for the past few days the scale has been stuck at 144.2. I know it takes consistency and patience, but why would my weight go back up like that? If anything, I have been working out more for the past 3 days. I don't understand. It's just frustrating to work out so much and write down every single thing I eat to have lost just 2.6 pounds. Anyone have any suggestions or advice?
