Foods not in database
Hey all. Any tips on how to record foods not found in database? IE made from scratch, bought at a locally owned restaurant, etc. I'm finding it difficult sometimes to find something close and match it up, or to make a guess.

New - Advice?
Thanks for the reply. Should those calories be mostly protein, or are some carbs good too? I think from what I've been doing, I've been getting about 100g of carbs a day.

New - Advice?
Hi all. Just started counting calories hard core recently. I've been doing pretty well hitting my goal every day. I am 6'4" and 280 lbs. I lift weights regularly to build muscle (high weight lower reps [8-12]) so I do have some muscle on me, but I also have fat that I've put on since getting married. I'd like to get down to 240. I've been eating about 2000 calories a day (I expend 3600 according to some online calculators). I work out three times a week: about an hour and a half to two on weights and 15-20 min jogging at 6-7 mph on treadmill.
How does this plan look? Will I lose weight? Thanks.
