I weighed 204 a few years ago before I got the eye opener to do something about my weight. Come to find out I had a thyroid problem and was put on synthoid for that. Then I had to start dieting to loose the weight I had put on. I took 30 lbs off on the low carb diet... that no longer works for me. I've tried pretty much every diet since and got down to my lowest... 158. After starting a new job and new work schedule I've put on some weight. I am now sitting at (pardon the pun) 175 again. I started the Fat Smash Diet and am back on track.

I exercised and stayed at 1000 calories a day until the end of the week. By Saturday evening I was over the 1000 calories and didn't care anymore. So ...
