In 37 single over weight I work in insurance thats why my diet is shot to hell snacking on chocolate crisps taxis home & too work very inactive so IVE JOINED THE GYM StARTED 1500 RDI diet Ive worked it out if I keep to my plan & lose 3LB per week by june the 2nd I should be 16.6 thats 4 & half stone lossed lets do it
