Im now consistently 92.3 kilo, I did get to 88 kilo but could not hold it. I know its achievable. Going to the gym 2 to 3 times per week for the last few months.Burning 1400 to 2000 calories each time. Its a big jump from 99kg and I can see the difference. Next two months I'm going to push the limit and see how much I can keep off.
