Found it hard to keep up with getting fit with no results, until now!
I really have a hard time sticking to fitness when i don't see results. So, I gained half the weight I did lose and was even more depressed.
Then, my Dr. suggested I try this program that has pills and wrap. I saw results in 3 days, a whole inch off. Which has motivated me to get healthier by eatting better and working out to lose more weight.
My 6month check up...I lost 21 lbs and my blood work is now mormal plus no cravings!
Everyone has said that taking pills are a fad, but when you just need motivation to do more...they are great.
I want to say if you are like me and need some results to stick and go with fitness, eating healthier and working out. This program my dr suggested did great. You should try it. Now, you can't eat everything in every amount you want. But I eat good and feel great. I don't like to work out yet in a gym but walking for 30 minutes every other day seems to be easy.
