Okay I know I was trying to get to stretching before but the idea of having this non flexible fat body stretch was just overwhelming.
I had been junking out on candy late at night for a couple of nights, depressed, wanting that high food gives me when I am feeling emotional.
I am still walking almost everyday and have gotten to the 45 minute mark with that but for some reason I do not feel proud. I feel like I should be at the point where I enjoy my walks but still I find them a very big challenge.
So I started falling in that pit of I just don't want to be healthy but I am back up crawling out of the pit.
For the first time I tried doing stretching which is not easy for someone with little to no flexibility and fat chubby body parts. I did about 12 different stretches. It took me a long time. I might be aiming to high and need to start out with just a couple that get the stiffness out of my body when I wake up.

Discouraged yet once again after losing weight a couple of weeks ago I have now gained it back. I don't usually have much luck with keeping track of what I eat in fact to be honest I don't. I have tried a couple of times but I guess I am just not committed enough. I have people concerned about my weight and health but so far I have not been able to commit enough for myself. I walk almost everyday about 45 minutes most of the time winded. I am tired so much of the time. I used to drink diet soda and nothing else but many months ago I finally gave it up completely and since then I drink more water than I ever have in my life. I think I need to go easier on myself those are two major accomplishments. I need to remember it takes baby step.
