Hi, I'm Hannah I'm from the uk and am at university studying graphics...so I started dieting in july 2011 and wieghed 11stone 2lbs (size 14). I have lost 2 stone since then and am now 9st2lbs (size 10/8):) I haven't dieted constantly over that time but have been manintaing or looseing over that 7 month period. My ideal weight is 120lbs so 8st7lb which would make me a proper size 8 (i hope). As i am currently 9st2lb that is 130lb so i have 10lbs to go till I hit my ideal weight and will have lost 2st10lbs :) I have managed pretty well with looseing that first 2 stone but it did seem to take a while so I wanted to shift this last 10lbs in 2 and a half months max! that would be 1lb a week.
